Information regarding the processing of personal data

Pursuant to Art. 13 of the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and in relation to the personal data that the Company will come into possession of upon the awarding of the professional assignment, we communicate the following.

Data Controller

The Data Controller is Mr. Bruno Bolli, reachable at the engineering firm SB+ srl in Arezzo, via Rodi n° 9 — tel. 0575/354421, email sbpiu@sbpiu.it, PEC sbpiu@pec.it. The Data Controller/Processor, also pursuant to Art. 35 of EU Regulation 2016/679, has implemented technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring a level of security appropriate to the risk through authentication, authorization, and protection systems (antivirus and firewalls), backup and storage of electronic archives, and IT systems to promptly restore data availability and access in the event of a physical or technical incident.

Purposes of data processing

The data collected, all of a non-“sensitive” nature, are intended solely for the correct and complete execution of the professional assignments received, noting that any investigations to be carried out at Public Administration Offices (Municipality, Land Registry, Civil Engineering, Soprintendenza, etc.) may lead to the knowledge of further data of the person who entrusted the assignment and/or of interested parties. Failure to process such data makes it impossible to accurately fulfill legal obligations as well as those arising from the professional assignment. Personal data may be processed using both paper and computer archives (including portable devices) and in ways strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above.

Communication and dissemination of data

The above data may be communicated, only in Italy, to: firm personnel and collaborators; legal and service consultants for the administration and management of the firm; Public Administration offices and Credit Institutions; others, for purposes auxiliary to the existing relationship, within the limits strictly necessary to carry out the tasks entrusted to them. Data processing for accounting, tax, and social security obligations may also take place at the commercial/tax consultancy firm Amazzoni & Fracassi, located in Arezzo, via Carlo Pisacane n. 29.

Methods of data processing

Data processing is carried out by the controller and/or by authorized personnel through one or more of the following operations, performed with and without the aid of electronic tools: collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure, and destruction of data.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject is recognized the right to access their personal data, to request its rectification, updating, and erasure, to object to the processing and withdraw consent, by addressing the request to the data controller and, where appropriate, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Duration

Personal data, processed for the purposes indicated above, will be kept for the duration of the contract and, subsequently, for the time during which the storage obligation applies for civil law purposes or for other purposes provided for by laws or regulations.

In the event of a personal data breach, the provisions of Art. 33 of EU Regulation 2016/679 will be followed.
